Exe Zizur Pamplona Hotel - Zizur Mayor

The hotel’s location near the Camino de Santiago was perfect for my journey. I appreciated the spacious and modern bathroom amenities, though the soundproofing could be improved for a more restful night.

Ideal and overall clean place, especially helpful staff. Good-sized and air conditioned rooms with up to date furnishings! Real good experience there.

In overall the room was spotless and with up to date furnishings, Turkish bath, as for instance. The hotel's location was magnificent, really close to the train station, La Morea shopping center, Noain airport and other cities in northern Spain and southern France, and Pamplona. Also, Jardin de la Galaxia Garden was 4 km away.

I enjoyed the spacious and clean double room, but the soundproofing needed improvement as I heard guests at night.

The bed, very comfortable. The shower is fine. The reception staff is very friendly, parking is easy and practical, and free outside the premises.

In the room there was a broken shelf, uncorked... no words. We had to ask for pillows. There are very few toiletries. The cleanliness, very fair The emergency stairs hadn't seen a broom for days At breakfast, we always had to ask for someone to come as there was never anyone there, every day we had to ask for things to be replaced; another day they started to pick up things from breakfast 20 minutes before breakfast time was over, and besides there are crumbs everywhere.

The hotel's location is easy, just off the city center and sites, a suburb of Pamplona and Pamplona-3 miles outside.

The staff was friendly and quick to address any concerns. The breakfast was good, with fresh options in a calm setting, perfect for relaxation after a busy day.

Room amenities could be improved.

We were touched by a silent room, you could not hear the noise of the road next to it. Beds with two pillows of different thickness and nordic, quite comfortable.. The bathroom with big towels. It was clean. The bus passes every 15 minutes in front of the hotel, it is practical to go to the center, you leave the car parked (free zone) and so you save looking for parking and paying parking in the center of pamplona. If you want to have a nice dinner in the center and come back you should do it soon or take a taxi if you are delayed. Night services I do not know if there really is, according to the reception on holidays if there is ... I did not check.

It is next to the road and there is no cafeteria or restaurant nearby, it is a residential area, hotel restaurant does not open on holidays so you have to travel by car or bus to the center. We tried dinner one night and didn't like it at all, food didn't taste like it should... dishes for about 15 euros. breakfast we decided not to take it. In the room there were humidity zones in the window and curtains that don't let the light pass didn't close completely.

our stay there was perfectly pleasant. the hotel was fairly clean and ideal, had amazingly nice staff and new-fashioned rooms. the staff provided great service and helped with baggage. the food was reasonably priced overall.

Would definitely recommend for overnight stay

Modern hotel, clean facilities, offering a good breakfast selection that helped start my day on a great note before I explored the nearby transport links to easily access various leisure spots.

No room for improvement.

The staff was very friendly and the room very clean.

It was very clean and the room was made fresh every day. The choice at breakfast was also satisfying, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, various cold cuts and everything your heart desires. The location and the price-performance ratio were also right. The bus stop for Pamplona city centre is only 6 minutes walk from the hotel and the bus runs every 10 minutes a week.

The free W-LAN was very slow. The masses of disposable packaging in the bathroom and at breakfast.

Clean, modern vibe throughout my stay. Room featured effective air conditioning, a stocked mini-bar, and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection impressed. Plenty of fresh options to kickstart my day. Hated the loud noise disturbances from other guests though. It disrupted my relaxation after busy days. Limited dining options in the area left me searching for meals outside the hotel as well. Despite being far from the main festivities, convenient public transport nearby made getting around easy, which I appreciated.

Good value for money. Cheap bus service into Pamplona. Local village had arranged a fiesta with loads of fireworks but it did not disturb us. Good secure parking.

Restaurant opening in the evening was 9.00 pm which is very late for us Brits.
